Croma — Installation of AC 1 Ton O General brand

Address:DLF Mall, Sector 18, Noida

I have purchased AC from Croma (DLF Mall of India-Noida) on 13.04.2023. It was promised to me that that the delivery will be on 14.04.2023 and installation will be on 15.04.2023. Actually AC was delivered on 15.04.2023 and installation not yet done. I have called many times to store sales person and customer care number but unfortunately no outcome seems except fake promises.
