Very slow and horrible service.. i had order for iPhone 8 64GB gold online.. but morning i received a mail for silver i mail them that i have not order for silver have order for gold.. customer care asked me to mail them i did the same... and i mail them when will i get my handset delivery no idea on that too... wrong date and time was print in invoice, customer is paying for the phone it is not free that Croma treat customer like this... I was bought ASUS laptop from croma store, it's very poor quality laptop sell by croma. When I update product review on website of croma it's not updated by company because ASUS may offer high revenue for sell ASUS laptop and it's very fair because ASUS sell very poor products on based on high revenue pass on to dealer.
