[Resolved] Croma — juicer | |
Hi, I have purchased a Juicer of Croma brand almsot six month back. One of the plastic top cover damaged. I have visited Croma store (Growels' 101, kandivali-East, Mumbai) and informed that i would like to purchase this part. The part was not in stock, so customer care informed me that they will check and revert back in week. No response in that week and after follow-up i understood they don't have part available. They said they will check on other locations for availability of parts. However no positive response after multiple follow-up, even the customer care and store in-charge don't pick up my phones neither revert back. Very bad experience. Was this information helpful? | |
