[Resolved] Croma — kuvings b1700 juicer - delayed delivery | |||
This is in regard to an order i place with croma store located in ansal plaza, greater noida (Up). The order was placed on 15th december and full payment was made against invoice number sla[protected]. I was promised that it will be delivered at my home address within 4 days as the stock is available in mumbai warehouse. I also called your customer support number on 24th december and requested them to file my complaint. They promised that complaint is filed and i will be receiving a ref number on my registered mobile [protected]. But i did not receive any complaint ref, neither someone called me from croma. I am surprised at such a bad customer and after sales support. Today it is 25th december, 10 days have passed but i have not yet received the order. This was a gift for 24th december and croma has already ruined my experience. Request you to escalate this matter with senior management at croma customer support for such a pathetic customer support. Was this information helpful? | |||
