[Resolved] Croma — Laptop is not with good quality | |
I have purchased an hp laptop on 12th august 2020 through croma online and received the same on 15th aug 2020. On 16th i opened the laptop and found defective as it continuously giving an error 'pc ran out of error'. I visited croma-kondapur branch given the laptop they installed some updates and returned to me saying it will be fine. But immediately on 18th i went to showroom and handed over the laptop to them as it is not working. After so much hue and cry they said it got repaired and everything is working fine and send it to my house address on 28th aug 2020. But the problem remains same after updates installation every moment it is getting restarted without my intervention and also getting 'pc ran out of error' every time i tried to login. This is the worst experience with croma and the croma customer service. Can you let me know if you are going to do something on this or not. Was this information helpful? | |
