[Resolved] Croma — lg refrigerator, defective item delivered | |||
Purchased refrigerator on 24th dec'19, item delivered on 26th dec'19, demo completed and it was switched on on 27th dec'19 but refrigerator didn't started cooling till 28th dec'19 morning. Complaint to croma on the same day. Till today 08th jan'20 didn't get any solution of replacement. Daily have to follow-up for any solution and daily i am getting an update that i will get update and solution within 24 hours but since last 4 days no solution provided. Kindly help.
