Sir, I purchased LED CROMA last year in AUGUST in L.B. Nagar Hyderabad show room. . Its Magic Remote got damaged due to cell leakage.On my compliant to the CROMA Show room in L.B.nagar, Hyderabad on 6-7-2018, a service request was registered with HYD060718FS00677 and technician by name Kareem came on Thursday on[protected] at 9.00 pm and said new remote should be purchased and said stock is not available and said he would indent and in 2 or 3 days it would be delivered for which I agreed on Saturday on[protected] at 9.30 PM, he came and gave and said it cost RS.3000/- I paid the amount he said receipt would be sent to my email given while purchasing TV and so far no receipt has come and when i called him he gives lay excuses.
