[Resolved] Croma — manufacturing defect in water dispenser | |||||
2 week ago i purchased a water despencer from croma preet vihar. They told us if there are any defects or any faults in despencer you can easily replace it with in 2 years. After two days of purchase the normal button of water nozzle gets stucks and all the water came out side. I called to croma regarding this and they send their technician. They opened the despencer & checked and they also found same problem. But after set up all the three buttons (Hot, normal & cold) are not working. Now we called many time to the croma customer care they always say that "we registered you complaint & we will call you regarding this" but till now there are no message or call from their side. Please help us regarding this. We want to replace this despencer because i am not able to use it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
