Hi, i have purchased morphy richard microwave from your croma outlet in meenakshi mall bannerghatta road branch on 18th of this month. Your company people told me that your person will come for installation and demo within 2 days, but till date i have lodged complaint for 3 times and personally visited you branch and requested for installation, non of your people have turned up for installation..
Now i have decided to return the microwave.. Kindly accept it and refund the amount..
This is one of the worst service from tata owned company..
Henceforth will not buy anything for your branch and will not recommend also..
