[Resolved] Croma — Misbehaviour by the manager of croma | |||
I am a regular customer of Croma. On not receiving the items promised to me with the TV, from Saket Mall Croma, even after reminders and 7 months elapsed, I was told to come again and that the details are needed to be checked. I told her to write down her statement to which she said she does not know how to write. This is a serious issue, and I demand an explanation to how a customer can be treated in such a shabby manner. I need a coupon ( amount to be decided by the jury) in compensation of my recurrent visits made, one pair of 3 D glass not given and my precious time spent on the phone reminders. Since after 7 months I have no value for that 3 D glass which i wanted for my grand child who visited me at the time of purchase of the TV, Gupta [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
