Croma — Missing remote in tv

I have purchased two 32” Croma HD LED TV on 11th February 2023. During installation by Your Service Engineer it was found that one of the TVs had a remote control missing. We were told that either a remote control will be given or a new TV will be sent. So to avoid inconvenience to both we said it's better if they sent remote control. From that day onwards I and my staff on a number of occasions interacted with croma call Centre people and told them the issue and each of them assured us that within 24-48 hours our issue will be sorted. Some of the call Centre people suggested that we should go and buy a remote from the market. It’s really unfair as we have purchased TV from croma then why were we told to buy it out from the market. their Executive called and told that he can’t provide remote. till now i have not received my remote. please help me what can i do now Was this information helpful?
