[Resolved] Croma — Mobile phone not repaired | |||
Dear All, I brought mobile from a Croma store of Gurgaon(dt mega mall) on 12.07.2015 and along with I purchased Gizmo insurance cover. On 26.06.2016 I met with an Accident and my phone was damaged. Then I went to the store, they told me, the gizmo will repair your phone. I Started the procedure and submit all documents they want.After a long time (like 1.5 months) gizmo people told we will not repair your phone because of poor handling. I just want to tell you this is bad service from gizmo and Croma because if I met with an accident have to save my mobile either my life.Because your point you life is nothing.
