[Resolved] Croma — Need cancellation and refund of down payment for Sony Android TV W95D | |||
Dear All, I have purchased Sony Android TV W95D 43 inches from Croma Ghatkopar store at R City Mall with down payment of Rs. 4000/- on 8th Apr'2017. I got the delivery on next day and installation and demo done on Monday, 10th Apr'17. After working for hardly 7-8 days suddenly the TV stopped working on Monday 17th Apr'17. After complaint being made to Sony TV service engineer visited on 19th Apr and confirmed that it is the faulty piece and whole mother-board need to be changed which I objected for. I clearly told the store managers either to cancel the booking or give me the replacement for entire piece as I used it for hardly 8 days. Sony has agreed on replacement however today it's 27th Apr'17 and no exchange done. Moreover I am requesting for cancellation but no one listens to me. I want to cancel the deal and want my money back as I am no more interested dealing with Croma. Hence please look into it and cancel my deal with refund of money right away as me and my whole family is suffering from last 12 days without television at home.
