Croma — No accessories provided for the laptop

Respected Sir, Today I purchased a Laptop from croma, But I am not satisfied about the packaging as there is no protection given for the laptop or for the screen. As I have seen that most of the companies gives a laptop bag for carrying the laptop. When I asked the manager of croma for the laptop bag he denied, and told us that the dell company doesn’t provide any laptop bag to the new purchaser. I wanted to confirm if this is true or a false information, if it is correct that your organization is not providing laptop bags then it is not recommendable to the new purchaser/friends/family. Being a student I haven’t got any discount or offer on the purchasing of the laptop as I have purchased it on EMI. Hope I get a positive reply from your side. Thanking you.
