[Resolved] Croma — Non - delivery of Faulty TV | |||
Our TV was taken away by your technician on 3rd March, as per our complaint with you. The reported delivery date was 10th March. But sadly, the delivery has not yet been made even after repeated phone calls to the technician Mr.Ashok Kumar and Mr.Vinod . It was also noted that Mr Vinod gave a very rude reply when we called today i.e 14th March. We were assured of the delivery by 4.00 pm on 14th after a call made on 13th March. As we didn't receive it by 5.30 pm, we called Mr. Vinod and received a very rude reply. It is not really appreciated that a customer should be treated this way after a delay on your part.
