[Resolved] Croma — non satisfaction of product | |||
Sir, We had purchased philips female epilator bre200/00 (Item code 190011) on 27.04.2019 with your inifiniti retail limited trading as croma, after purchase when tried with the product in the showroom itself, we felt the product as not satisfactory. On trial the wrist was injured and the pain was felt. When requested in the showroom for returning the product we were handed with credit note. As i am not satisfied with the product i kindly request you to instruct the showroom to refund me with money. The photo of my wrist & invoice copy is enclosed for your reference. (I.
