[Resolved] Croma — Not providing service to install refrigerator spare part | |||
Complaint no: 1. PUN020716FS00004 2. PUN180716FS00004 I had raised a complaint couple of times, but no one responded. I had asked to install refrigerator door tray for which i am ready to pay. Refrigerator is still under warranty. They have also charged me for extended warranty for another 2 years. What is the use of such warranty when they don't provide service, even customer is ready to pay them. Pathetic Customer service and support team. Every time i call customer care, they have only one answer - "we will try to resolve soon". Its been more than 1.5 months now. I would recommend not to buy Croma products. Initially we may find it cheaper as compared to other brand, but eventually its our lose because they dont provide after sales support Was this information helpful? | |||
