[Resolved] Croma — Not repaying money for cancelled order | |||||
I ordered oneplus nord CE phone through croma but they cancelled my order on very next day. Order was placed on 09 Aug and I got a cancellation email on 10 Aug. I spoke to customer care on 14 Aug and they promised money would be back to my account in 5-7 days. Since money was not received, I reached out to them again today and they are talking all nonsense now and asking for another 5-7 days for refund. Poor customer service, no escalation matrix and poorly managed store. I would suggest never ever go near this name when you think about any new purchase.
