This was regarding croma soundbar which was sold twice to me deffect on 21st august till now i am awaiting refund of amount 11990/- croma had not taken any initiative from there end ther are just faking there customer both kiran and manish store attendant are fooling customers which is very bad

Updated by dkamath This is just waste of time neither your call centre person nor the stor manager can address the issue these guys dont have responsibility for taking any closure on issues
