I have ordered a speaker online from croma And received dummy product with missing items inside. And its been 15-20 days I have been requesting to help sending mails chasing them but didn't got any resolution or response to solve the issue I was told to visit store and get a product replacement and on visit store told me there is no request from their team to do so no update all my time and effort is wasted I have been roaming here and there for my replacement of the product they always called me and asked bout the complaint request then told me in 2-3 days this will be sorted but nothing happened I m so so furious now straight detriment to me Was this information helpful?
