[Resolved] Croma — Oppo mobile handset - gift not received | |||
I have purchase oppo mobile model no. F1 f / golden from croma store in r-city mall, ghatkoper, mumbai. On 10th july 2016 at 7.29 p. M. Invoice no. Slf02a[protected]. Imei 1: [protected], imei 2:- [protected]. Handset has been sold by sales person sagar & amit -[protected]. And also they told they don't have oppo gift which has come with the oppo handset, that will get delivered at your residence address in next 2 days. But now it is almost one month and i am continue doing follow up with amit on the given no. But not getting any response from his side. I request you to please look into this.
