Croma — Order ID:[protected] order cancelled refund not processed by CROMA

Hello team,

I have ordered on 15th July 2022
CROMA SURGE PROTECTOR 5 WAY CRCP1002 2 pieces of Rs.1618/- ( via SLICEPAY) payment was successful. It was debited from my account but croma not processed the refund after the order got cancelled. I had made complain. My complain was registered but no resolution provided it’s been more than 48 hours now. I made many calls for refund but no resolution.

I want your attention in this matter to close this case
