[Resolved] Croma — Pathetic service, Staff, Customer care | |||
I bought JBL speakers from online website and they asked me to go to a far store to pick it up. I did drive 30 km to this store to pick up this product however, as per your manager over there, it is not in stock, Please provide an explanation that why I was being sent to the store if it is not available. The manager is not responsible enough to provide me a solution or alternative. I did call the customer care however, that is another pathetic experience i faced with Croma when the executive put on hold for 10 minutes and never got back and hung up without answering my query. I have no other option after personally meeting the croma store manager and calling Customer care, and both failed to provide me an answer that how can i get the product I paid for. Please treat this as a complaint and escalation to higher management for irresponsible behavior from Ghatkoper store as well as customer care on 1800 number.
