[Resolved] Croma — Portable ac not cooling n working, within guarantee period and croma services not responding in spite of multiple complaints.

This is to bring in your kind notice that we had bought a portable ac from croma outlet in phoenix mall, lower parel that is still under guarantee period. since last four days, the ac is not working at all for which we have lodged our complaint to croma customer care 3 days ago. we repeated our complaint several times but till now di'nt got any response from there side. kindly consider and do the needful.
