Croma — price difference not given

I have ordered a kettle in croma. I got the product of kettle from croma very late of more than a month. I have ordered it online. By that time of delivery the price is completely reduced. The difference in price is not given.

There is also a free item for that product at the time of delivery.

Even that free item is also not given

I have contacted many times to croma customer in this regard but there is no proper reply from the customer care

You cant close the case as such. You have delivered the product after 1 month. That is what i have raised here. By the time you have delivered the price completely reduced. Se one thing give me 1 lakh i will return you after 1 year the same 1 lakh with out any interest do you agree. From.where did yoi come and from where you are doing business . Are you drinking and speaking answer properly dont blabber sum thing of your wish and close the complaint.

The issue is not resolved . You and your one rating service close croma completely. Useless service. If you have any problem in understanding you can call me. No one is looking for your service
