Hi, I have filed a complain of low cooling for the AC of croma on saturday, 28/05/16. They have a SLA of solving the issue in three working days maximum. The technician visited my complain on Tuesday morning. & hesitantly confirmed the gas leakage of my AC, & said another technician will come & fill the gas, till evening. Today is 2/6/16, No ONE came for the service in spite of making n no. of calls to the customer care. Customer care responses: We apologise, your issue will be solved by EOD. We apologise your issue will be solved by tomorrow EOD. NOTHING HAPPENED TILL NOW. I am not writing this complain for customer reviews but i want a necessary action to be taken up for the company promising false commitment of customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
