[Resolved] Croma — provided wrong information about acer laptop. | |||||
I had purchased an acer laptop from croma in dec 2016 and i had been informed by sales executive that laptop is having 4 memory slots so that in future you can upgrade the ram. Recently i was planning to upgrade the ram from 4gb to 16gb (4gbx4 slot). While planning this i came to know that there are only 2 slots there in laptop and not 4. Which clearly shows that due to lack of technically knowledge the sales person had recommend me the wrong laptop. I had been cheated by the croma. I cannot reinvest in buying a new laptop for my heavy usage. I need you to take this laptop back and refund back my money as croma had provided me he wrong product.
