Croma — Purchase of Samsung washing Machine

I had purchased one samsung washing washing on 30/12/2022 from croma unit of bhubaneswar9janpath road, a381, bhubaneswar-751022) vide order no-soa[protected] & invoice number-sla[protected].Sales person name-laxmidhar rout.Since that date no samsung technician visit my residence for demo.No respond from croma store.
