[Resolved] Croma — Received damaged product and no replacement being done | |
I had ordered a whirlpool 1.5t ac on 19th march which was delivered on 4th may (Delayed due to covid lockdowns). When installation person opened the product, the indoor unit has body damage. However, it is 29th may and there is no response from croma on replacement.
