[Resolved] Croma — Refrigerator compressor problem | |||||
Hi, We have purchased a croma brand refrigirator from croma electronics (Tata group) in 2014. We have also purchased extended warranty of croma, which is due to expiry in 2017. The relay of the refrigirator got spoiled due to power fluctuation on which when the complaint was raised, the service engineer has installed an lg relay to a croma refrigirator and because of the this, the compressor is spoiled. When a complaint for the same has been raised, the company now saying that they don't have spare and has ordered for one. It has been more than a 45 days now and the company is not responding on this issue, despite we have extended warranty. Request you to please help us.
