[Resolved] Croma — refund amount not received for online shopping from croma | |||
Product: Lenova laptop Cost: 20, 000 Ordered Date: 11th Feb 2020 - Online payment was also done on the same date. Product delivery date was on 17th Feb 2020. I didnt receive the product on delivery date and NO PROPER update from croma Team When called customer service they said product not available . so i requested for order cancellation. From 17th Feb - 27th Feb (10 Days) - I was continuously following up with customer service team, then finally on 28th Feb 2020 received a call on Confirmation of refund has be initiated and same will be processed within 5 days. Even after 5 days amount was not refunded and again called customer service they said that we have already forwarded the same to accounts team and they will send remainder again today. When the product is not available they shouldnt have deducted my amount or showcased in online. Why this happened?????????????????? Why refund is taking so much time????????????
