[Resolved] Croma — Refund for Chroma Tab | |||
I'm totally dissatisfied with Chroma support and services. I bought Chroma Tab on 2nd November 2014 from Pecific Mall store as per Sales person Tab is fully android and will support to all function like excel, word, notepad, PDF etc. From first day i'm not able to install required software and for that visited to Pecific Store and CP Store, but still didn't get any solution regarding software. As per Pecific store they are not taking any repairing issues so i had visited CP store but Store guys are saying here we don't have Internet network so please install the software from your end. If its possible from my hand then why i had wasted my time to visit your store for help. You are not able to change handsfree and charger also, please solve the issue before expiring the warranty period or, take the possible charges and refund my money Was this information helpful? | |||
