Dear croma team, Reference to your trailing mail, after requesting several times we have not received our refund nor any call received from your end till date. You are requested to please refund my amount, the product is uplifted by you on[protected] and till date i am waiting for the refund. It is sorry to inform you that your service is unsatisfactory. Please let us know how many more days you will take to refund the amount. As you are aware that i have been following continuously since the putting for refund but you are not listing my request. I have no option left to go to consumer court for taking this refund which is impacting my financial crunch. My request no.
