Croma — Refund not received from one month

I have purchased three item then i have cancelled the order because my registered mobile number is not working so OTP issue i cancelled the order then after i cancel the item on 24/01/2023 i am chasing customer service from one month they are giving false commitment i have give all detail credit card statement then also they are not solving my problem
