[Resolved] Croma — regarding delivery of samsung 32" led | |||
I have purchased samsung lef 32" & samsung refrigerator 192l on dated 18/10/2017 containing invoice no-sla[protected] & sla[protected], was promised croma store that would get delivery by 19/10/2017, but only refrigerator has been delivered without operating guide & key, led has not been yet delivered. I am following about it continuously & have complaint about it to customercare 3-4 times but there is no solution. They always said that it would get delivered shortly, just a traditional single line pitch which is expected to customercare representative. Expecting revert with solutions about it.
