Dear Sir/Madam I had purchased Croma Mobile (Invoice No. SLF02A[protected], Model No. CRCB2243, IMEI -[protected] on dated 26/06/2014, from Infiniti Retail Ltd as Croma Retail Invoice Del-Preet Vihar -A089 Plot No. C-53, Preet Vihar, Vikas Marg, New Delhi-110092. In this Mobile second slot is not working and Volume is very low quality.I inform to Infiniti Retail Ltd as Croma Retail Invoice Del-Preet Vihar -A089 Plot No. C-53, Preet Vihar, Vikas Marg, New Delhi-110092 and hence the same was given in croma service center Globe Connexion & Services Plot No 23 1st Floor Veer Saverker Block, Opp Metro Pillar No.60 near Near Nirman Vihar Metro Station, Shakarpur, Delhi-110092 on date 01/08/2014. The work order no is DLH-SHK-GCS-907.Afterthan service centre insured me repair my mobile with in three days but no response then i visited the service centre then told me required more than 15 days but till today no response from service centre.
