Hi, I have ordered a mobile handset model number vivo y91i (5 pis) & oppo a1k (2) from croma retail through online. My order number is[protected]. But did not receive any order confirmation email or sms after that. I did not even received the invoice of that purchase but my money got debited from my cc account for that. I called the help line number and they told that there is no information found against my order number. They provided me an email address to send the details. I sent 3 times but did not get any response back from them. Which is now worrying me. This is really an unprofessional and worst service from a merchant like croma. However what i want to know is, what is the current status of my order? When i will receive the order confirmation email along with invoice? When my mobile handset will be delivered to my address?
