[Resolved] Croma Retail / Cromaretail.com — Delay in shipping and lies about non availability of product | |||
I had placed an order for Usha Pedstral Fan on 10th Feb. They said the product will be delivered on 4 to 7 working days. I had followed up on Sunday i.e 16th Feb to know the status of the dispatch. After I called the customer care they said they will arrange for a call back on Monday i.e 17th Feb and inform about the status. To my surprise I recieved two emails from Croma Support. First one was an email mentioning my order was cancelled. The second email saying my order was confirmed with new InVoice number. I was furious to know what is going on, I waited till Monday. On Monday, a representative called and explained the product was not available on Mumbai warehouse so we have to place an order in another warehouse at Delhi and hence the delay in delivery. Why can't they proactively do the warehouse switch on the day 1 when they know the unavailability of product in the Mumbai warehouse. What is the whole point of customer service when customer has to follow up every day with CROMA customer support and yet not recieve any updates nor the product. CROMA / TATA service is terrible. CROMA started to lie to people about timely delivery of product now a days. Was this information helpful? | |||
