Don't buy any products in Croma showroom. Good product not available there --- this is warning to all. Please think before purchase anything in croma"
My tab was issues. So, Feb 20th I went to your croma phoenix mall show room and they said, go to submit your support team of Deproyses system. I went and check my tab to Deproyses system then they told me touch problem and want 20 days to fix touch screen issue. After 20days, I called to check my tab status. They told me, "croma supplied touch was not fitting. So, rejected and request to new one. Same-time, each and everyday, I'm calling to Croma customer support and checking. Also, your store checked and give guarantee to deliver on March 21st. Sametime, Deporysys also, agreed that date of March21st. But, I didn't get any call from your storeroom and deporsys system until March 24th. Monday morning I called to Deprosys and they said, check and confirm at evening. Again, I called at evening and check it. They told me, again "supplied touch was not fitting so. sent mail to croma." Sometime, I called to your croma store room. they also agreed to get my ASAP.
But, still i didn't get it. I'm wasting around 40 days. I'm worry about your product. I don't know how to not fixing spare parts. Why your supporting not identify issue correctly.
1. Croma is very worst product sales.
2. Not have good supporting team.
3. didn't think customer issue.
