[Resolved]  Croma Retail — Extended warranty

I had bought a Samsung plasma tv, bill no. SLF02A[protected] in September 2011, I also paid for an extended warranty at that point of time. This product stopped working 27th Oct 2013 I duly informed the Croma helpdesk on the 28th Oct 2013, their representative assured me that someone will come and attend to the problem within 3 working days. I got a few calls informing me that their technician will visit my residence next day, but till date no one has shown up. I also visited the Juhu, Mumbai, store and informing them about the issue this has remained unresolved. Now after several calls and assurances the matter is still unresolved. Now kindly direct me what should be my course of action in the above issue. Amitabh Sehgal

Croma Extended Warranty and Croma normal Services are complete FRAUD.

We had bought Glen Gas Stove and have been chasing them from more than a month now, No Support.
