Croma Retail — Service Problem | |||
I have brought Microwave from Croma of Croma Brand. After few day small plastic part melted which rotate Glass tray(turntable). I have logged complaint on 22nd July 2014. Person Visited next day and told that it will take 3-4 days time. He will come and change this part. Today its appx 10 days passed but I don't have response. yesterday i have tried to call on support number but nobody answer the call. Yesterday I drop email for my problem. They have again given me complaint number and said that they have forward My problem to concern team. After that till now I don't have call from Croma Team for any feedback on my problem. Since they are unable to provide support after sale, I have also asked option due to Bad service if Croma can take buy back their Brand and can deliver another Brand product where I can get service from Manufacturing company but they have also not replied on my query.
