[Resolved] Croma — RO Servicing | |||
From last 3 weeks I am calling croma call center more than 5 time for RO Servicing. Every time I am getting assurances that within 48 hours it will get resolved but nothing done till date. Croma service is really pathetic. I dont know how to teach these hackers a good lesson. This is condition of Tata group's owned company. There is no way to escalate the complaint. No time line for xomplaint resolution.
