[Resolved] Croma — Salesman not explained properly during purchase of new air cooler | |||
To whom so ever concerned I have purchased new air cooler on dated 29.03.2021 from Ahmedabad opposite Sola high court, SG highway. I have started at my house and i found that it is running with noise and difficult to sleep at night. Then my spouse has complaint for the same, but they told that they will send technician for checking. But he told that no solution for noise and salesman must explain during purchase/ Then my spouse approach to show room for replacing with AC and difference money will be settled but showroom. On third visit at your show room person refuse to take bac or any replacement. My spouse argued with them that your salesman has not explained regarding noise issue, and they straight away refused. So I need a solution at the earliest. I m ready to purchase new AC form same place and difference money will be settled. Was this information helpful? | |||
