Prodct ID 229571 purchased on 19th Feb from Croma Oberoi Mall was having problem, handing up, heating up, battery drowning and other. immediately from Purchase date. Have submitted to Croma on 28th Feb .

Request for replacement of product.

Also customer care person Sarita and her associate is very inadequate for support.
