Hello My name is Amrish and my GAN number is GZB221015WS0002 i submit a samsung galaxy grand at croma aditya mall Indirapuram (Extended warranty) and my mobile had lots of problem but after lots of visit in croma center, they guys was told me that sir your product is not ready but i have received a lots of message, which is clearly mention over there please collect your mobile and get a lots of call but situation was never moved. Finally i had received a final call from 2 weeks back, sir please collect your mobile. When i was visit store the button problem still not resolved and service center people broke my mobile body. But they was told me this is not our fault this is service center fault and they still did not resolved my phone body cover problem and he was clearly told me that, we will not offer you new mobile body, kindly suggest me what can i be do.
