[Resolved] Croma — scratches in new a/c im really unsatisfied | |
Hi team, Im really upset with your croma service and your product. I have booked one week back (24th of may 2020) samsung a/c with full cash on card payment. Delivered the a/c on 27th of may 2020. But today only electrician came for installation for a/c. But in that a/c there is 4 to 5 scratches in that indoor a/c. Im was wait for more than 6 days but this issue. There is no proper responce in the showroom. Kindly initiate the right person and check the a/c and please change the a/c or return back the a/c to croma and refund the amount.
