Croma — Send me the product or refund the money

I had ordered a smartphone gimbal of rs6990 through croma website.

I actually wanted to collect it from the store but mistakenly I opted for home delivery then I instantly cancelled the order. There is no any proper message of refund or the product delivered. Please help me with this. If you can deliver the product it's also okay for me otherwise please refund my money back so I can directly buy it from store or any other website.
