Doesn’t know how to take pre-booking. Doesn’t have the knowledge of products they are selling. They even gave me a wrong bill of what I ordered. And moreover, Worst Customer Care Service in the world. Customer Care Executive just hang up the call after making a hold of 1min. And it happend with me thrice in 10 minutes. I was a big fan of Croma but now, My perspective has been changed. This is all about Croma, Ansal Plaza, Greater Noida(UP). Was this information helpful? | |
