[Resolved]  Croma — services not provided by croma while product was under warranty

I have raise the complaint with croma center for repairing symphony cooler as on 15 may 2020 this product was under warranty till 23 may 2020 & due to the lock down i have received the email from the croma team they will provide the services once the situation will be normal. But when i called as on 05 june 2020 to the customer care they said your complaint has been closed & our team has provided resolution to you.

While from the croma team no one has called me & no issue resolved & now they are saying that your warranty has been expired.

Kindly help to resolve this issue.
