[Resolved] Croma — smart tv | |||
I had bought croma 80cm crel 7326 on 04.05.2017 from rohini sec 7. The led is having a black spot under the front panel (Main screen) left bottom area since i purchased the tv. Also, the speed of tv response is very very slow. It takes too much time to process any request. Apps usually starts and closed due to error. Now remote has also stopped working within just 6 months. Complained twice for the same. But both the times, engineer visited and told me that this tv will be replaced as it is beyond repair. But no response till now. Almost 5 months, just a mail to wait...
