[Resolved] Croma — Split AC - delay in service | |||||
I have purchased a new split AC in month of may 2017 from croma. Within two months remote control of AC is not working. I have raised issue/complain on 3 july 2017 on [protected]. Team supposed to send technician till 5th july 2017 as per their policy however i am still waiting for technician (8th july). I have called them multiple times and everyday they said that technician is on the way. Was this information helpful? | |||||
